I am a development and labor economist studying how broader economic factors shape employment outcomes in developing countries. My current research focuses on understanding the impact of unions in settings with high informality, and the barriers to job access for marginalized groups.

I am currently a Postdoctoral Scholar with the Institute for Business & Social Impact at the Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley. I received my PhD in Public Policy from Duke University in May 2025.
